elevator slowness insufficient loungers
the room cleanliness met my standards .
I encountered an issue with the elevators. I experienced multiple stops between the 28th floor and the lobby. furthermore, i found the lack of sufficient loungers by the pool problematic. there were only eight loungers available.

food selection fantastic location comfortable rooms
i have loved the hotel breakfast. the selection of food was amazing and had many options. the location are fantastic. a brand new hotel and i felt comfortable in the rooms.

great location comfortable bed unpleasant incidence poor voucher
the location WERE really great. it's right next door to a fabulous mall. clean rooms AND super comfortable beds.
there WAS one particular incidence which was not great. when WE checked in, we were given vouchers. one staff member was rude, it's not good. i have BEEN traveling to thailand a LOT.
